What is the mode of payment?
Our online store accepts credit card, debit card, and Paypal. If you don’t have those, you can apply on PayMaya to get a virtual card https://paymaya.com/ that you can load with cash so you can shop safely online.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee depends on the product and the destination. You’ll see the total shipping fee upon checkout.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Yes, but you should buy a minimum of 6 products and you’ll have to pay for all the costs involved like the shipping fee. Please contact us first if you’d like to avail of this option.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. Our partner couriers do not deliver on Sundays.
Do you do meet-ups?
Due to the volume of orders and logistical problems, we can’t do meet-ups. Thank you for your understanding.
How can I be sure that you're not a scammer?
That’s why our preferred payment method is Paypal or credit cards. If you didn’t receive your order, you can file a dispute on Paypal/credit card company and your money will be refunded. I don’t have any control of that. This way, you’ll be sure to not be scammed.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Basic Refund Policy
There are 2 types of items Cool Gift Idea sells, and all 3 have slightly different Refund Policies:
Retail Items: These have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If you don’t like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.
For all applicable returns, please email us for the return address.
Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.
You have 30 days to exchange your item.
Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. LBC has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like. If you have a question about your return, contact us at email@example.com
What do I do if I received a defective item?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and how we messed up.
We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping. This is something that will be available in the near future.
How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most of our products are sourced from abroad, delivery can vary and take 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the Philippines. We ship the items usually through LBC and all have tracking numbers. We try to keep some stocks in our warehouse but sometimes stocks runs out faster than we can replenish, especially during peak season. Once we have the item on our warehouse, you can expect to receive it within 1-2 days.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Where do your other items come from?
Cool Gift Ideas is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won’t find anywhere else. We source items from all over the world. While some of our items do come from right here in the Philippines, there are many items that are simply not available in the country. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
